Contains several pages from publications in Russian. Includes a typed report of a visit to Russia by a Mister Walter on behalf of the Scout Movement. Much of his report deals with the hope that the return of Wrangel will lead to the overthrow of the Bolshevik government. Many of the documents deal with the difficulties encountered by scouts in Russia following Red October. Other present documents deal with Russian refugee scouts. Dated 1916-1932.
